At The Process, we accommodate beginners to the strongest women. You can count on improving your mobility, strength, cardio, mood, and overall health here with an amazing group of women. We prayerfully start our time together and acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord. He has given us our existence. In all things, we desire to live a life pleasing to Him—even in our workout.
