At THE PROCESS, we combine strength training and cardio in a structured weekly rhythm designed specifically for women.

  • Monday: Upper body + cardio circuit

  • Tuesday: Lower body strength

  • Wednesday: Bonus classes are often available - fun and uplifting (Kickboxing, RipStix, Body Pump)

  • Thursday: Upper body strength

  • Friday: Lower body + cardio + community (“Friend Friday”: if you know someone that workouts with us, ask them all about it.)

  • Strength tracking + real progress

  • Supportive, faith-centered community,
