At THE PROCESS, we combine strength training and cardio in a structured weekly rhythm designed specifically for women.
Monday: Upper body + cardio circuit
Tuesday: Lower body strength
Wednesday: Bonus classes are often available - fun and uplifting (Kickboxing, RipStix, Body Pump)
Thursday: Upper body strength
Friday: Lower body + cardio + community (“Friend Friday”: if you know someone that workouts with us, ask them all about it.)
